Team Coherence Practices™
The small repeated practices that make a team coherent, as distinct from aligned.
1 chapter · 6,819 words · Narrated
Alignment is agreement about direction. Coherence is something else: the team's parts move together even when nobody is coordinating them, because each member has a reliable enough model of the others to act without checking. Coherence is built by repetition, in small forms, over time.
This volume is a practice set — check-ins that are not theatre, decision hygiene, repair rituals, the handling of a departure — with an honest account of how long each takes to have an effect.

Elsewhere in the Canon
How this book was made. Many volumes in this house were written with machine assistance. That is the author's declared working method, not a thing found out later, and the practice is itself a published paper with a DOI — Externalized Cognition: A Developmental Theory of Human–AI Co-Creation. The argument, the judgement and the name on the cover are the author's.
