Luminous Parts Integration™: IFS for the Whole Human Being
The finished parts-work volume, and the one to start with: sixteen chapters, complete, narrated.
16 chapters · 90,635 words · Narrated
Internal Family Systems is the most practically transferable of the therapies in this Canon, because its core move can be made alone: notice a part, get curious about its job rather than arguing with it, and find out what it is protecting. Almost everything difficult about a person turns out to be a protector doing an old job well.
This is the completed treatment — managers, firefighters, exiles, burdens, unburdening, the eight qualities of Self — with the sequence, the language, and a careful account of what should not be attempted alone. Trauma is named rather than stepped around, and the volume is explicit about where self-work stops.

Elsewhere in the Canon
How this book was made. Many volumes in this house were written with machine assistance. That is the author's declared working method, not a thing found out later, and the practice is itself a published paper with a DOI — Externalized Cognition: A Developmental Theory of Human–AI Co-Creation. The argument, the judgement and the name on the cover are the author's.
